How to become a Franchise

We function on the four pillars of trust, transparency, integrity and responsibility. Our vision is to establish a chain of world class educational institutions. Any stakeholder meeting our requirements will get the opportunity to start a Montessori school.

How To Apply

You can apply through the franchise application form. Make sure that all columns are properly filled and all the mandatory documents are attached. Double check before submitting the application. After the successful submission of application, we will scrutinize them to check if the requirements are met. We have a minimum investment amount and a minimum required area as given below.

Verification and interview

After the scrutiny of applications, a short list will be prepared based on that. Following this, a face to face interview with the applicants will take place. After the interview, our expert team will directly visit the proposed Montessori school premises. In the visit, the team will evaluate the entire premises to check if the school meets the requirements. Schools, which meet our requirements will be selected as our franchisees in due course. We will provide all possible assistances including recruiting and training to the franchisees.

Approval and agreement signing

We will sign an agreement with the schools which have successfully completed all the formalities including the interview. The franchisees can start the schools within 60 days from the agreement.

Recruiting and training

We are ready to provide assistance to the recruiting process and also offers training to the teaching and non-teaching staff. We will also provide regular based training to the employees to keep up the momentum.

Teaching Methodology

All the Montessori Schools follow the innovative Montessori curriculum. Our teachers and faculties are trained to mould the students for the betterment of the society. Our teachers are extensively and regularly trained to adhere to the changes occurring in the Montessori educational spectrum. We always ensure that our teaching methods meet the parameters that we exclusively set.

Standard operating procedure

All the schools are given guidelines about the operating procedure by the Franchisor, so that the operations across all schools of the same model function uniformly.

Marketing support

The franchisees of Montessori are given advertising support and marketing collaterals centrally to promote the schools to get targeted admissions.

Franchisee Requirements

Woah, not so fast. We would love to have you on board but first there are few conditions we’d like our franchisee’s to meet:-

• The classrooms must be spacious where children can move free.
• All material racks should be child sized so that children can take materials for use.
• The bathroom and wash area should be child accessible.
• Classrooms should be painted with light shades(preferably in pastel colours) and there must be proper ventilation in every room.
• There must be 2 Montessori trained teachers and one maid for every environment.



Franchisee Rules & Regulations

• The franchisee must adhere to the Montessori philosophy and teaching methods.
• The franchisee must maintain the quality of education and standards set by the franchisor.
• The franchisee must use the prescribed curriculum and syllabus provided by the franchisor.
• The franchisee must obtain all necessary licenses and permits required to operate the school.
• The franchisee must not make any changes to the curriculum or teaching methods without the prior approval of the franchisor.
• The franchisee must use only approved marketing materials and follow the franchisor’s marketing guidelines.
• The franchisee must notify the franchisor of any changes in ownership or management of the school.
• The franchisee must uphold the reputation and goodwill of the franchisor and the Montessori brand.
• The franchisee must ensure that the school meets all health and safety regulations.
• The franchisee must provide adequate facilities and equipment as specified by the franchisor.
• The franchisee must not engage in any unethical or illegal activities.
• The franchisee must obtain prior approval from the franchisor for any changes to the school’s name, logo, or branding.
• The franchisee must participate in the franchisor’s quality assurance program and submit to periodic inspections.
• The franchisee must comply with all marketing and advertising guidelines provided by the franchisor.
• The franchisee must not engage in any behaviour that could harm the reputation of the franchisor or the Montessori brand.
